The Role In this permanent full time role, working at both Richmond and East Melbourne facilities, you will provide high level technical skills and customer service to enable the delivery of high-quality Nuclear Medicine services to clinicians and patients. Reporting to the Senior Nuclear Medicine Technologist you will be part of a dynamic and enthusiastic Medical Imaging Team.
To be successful in this role… You demonstrate excellent communication skills and have a natural ability to relate well with staff, Radiologists, referrers and managers. Working comfortably as a team member, you have outstanding time management and triaging skills that supports meeting the urgency needs of the various studies.
You will have:
- Relevant tertiary qualifications
- A wide range of demonstrated experience in Nuclear Medicine and Outpatient radionuclide therapy
- Experience with, or understanding of, SPECT / CT and PET / CT
- Some experience with teaching and training
