The Program Joining our 2022 Mental Health Graduate Program with Epworth Clinic, you will be welcomed into an environment that cares for its people and given an opportunity to start and grow your career.
The Mental Health Graduate Program includes:
- Rotations across 2 mental health units
- Completion of the Fundamentals of Mental Health Nursing Program
- Support from a designated graduate coordinator, clinical educators and facilitators
You will develop a sense of belonging and begin your transition into becoming a confident and competent Mental Health Registered Nurse. At the end of your program, you may be offered the opportunity to join us on a permanent basis as we strongly believe that Graduates are our future workforce.
What you need To be eligible for our graduate program, you will need:
- Be on-track to successfully complete your 2021 nursing degree (Bachelors or Masters)
- Anticipate being granted AHPRA registration
- Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency; OR New Zealand Citizenship
