Ward 5 Gray is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team in a full time capacity., as a Clinical Nurse Facilitator. 5 Gray is a fast paced 44 bed surgical ward which includes Vascular / Thoracic / Plastics and ENT (including major head and neck surgery).

When you join us, you will be supported by a great team and excellent leaders and be provided with opportunities to increase your knowledge through extensive educational programs and to care for a vast array of surgical specialties.

You will be expected to deliver educational expertise to the staff and patients on 5 Gray. You will work collaboratively with the management team to plan the educational needs of the ward and continue to strive for excellence not only within yourself but to drive your collegues to that same high standard.

The successful candidate must be available to work a variety of shifts and possess:

• Current nursing registration with AHPRA
• Clinical nursing experience post registration
• A high standard of clinical and service excellence
• Great communication, time management and excellent customer service skills
• Vascular/Thoracic/Plastics and ENT nursing experience
