The Role In these casual roles, based across our four Rehabilitation and Mental Health campuses in Richmond, Hawthorn, Camberwell and Brighton you will be part of the Hospitality Services team and report to the Hospitality Services Operations Manager.
You will make an impact by:
- Providing a high quality clean and safe environment for patients, doctors and staff
- Providing efficient and excellent cleaning services incl. bed making, laundry, linen distribution and waste disposal
- Being respectful, understanding and compassionate
- Working with a committed team and striving for consistently efficient services
To be successful in this role…
You will have an upbeat personality and positive attitude. You will be happy working autonomously, in a team and with patients directly.
You will have
- A strong customer service focus with the ability to deliver on, and respond compassionately to our patient's needs
- Excellent interpersonal skills and be able to communicate clearly, confidently and courteously
- An organised approach to work and ability to work consistently and effectively in a busy environment
- A well-developd understanding of Infection Control in a hospital environment
- Adaptability to change tasks throughout your shift readily
- Flexibility with availbility for rostered shifts across morning, afternoon and weekends
