The Program Joining our Enrolled Nurse 2022 Graduate Program, you will be welcomed into an environment that cares for its people. Through your 12-month program, commencing in March 2022, you will develop a sense of belonging and begin your transition into becoming a confident and competent Enrolled Nurse.
Sitting within a clinical framework, your individually tailored program offers 4 days of work each week and rotations across areas including surgical, medical, oncology, day surgery, endoscopy and more.
A multi-tiered approach to your support sees you have access to a designated onsite Graduate Coordinator, Educators, Preceptors and Clinical Specialists who will be available to answer your questions and connect you in with other people across Epworth. Additionally you will have access to 5 designated study days.
The Locations The Enrolled Nurse program is offered at the following locations (let us know in the application process which location or locations you are applying to)
Epworth Eastern
- Located in Box Hill and very accessible by public transport
- Redevelopment to be completed by the end of 2021, with additional clinical areas and theatres opening February 2022

Epworth Freemasons
- Located in East Melbourne, close to the CBD and public transport
- Major redevelopment nearing completion with expansion in bed numbers and theatres

Epworth Geelong
- Located in Waurn Ponds, adjacent to Deakin University
- Expanding clinical services delivering exceptional patient and staff experience
- Access to our purpose built, well equipped Simulation and Clinical Education Precinct

What you need Before starting the graduate program, you will need:
- Successfully completed your Diploma of Nursing with an intravenous medication qualification within the past 12 months, or anticipating completion by commencement of the grad program
- Anticipate being granted AHPRA registration
- Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency; OR New Zealand Citizenship
